• All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum of £150.

• All wholesale items are hand made to order by us, on site.

• We have taken away the minimum quantity restriction and giving you the opportunity to purchase as many or as little of one style as you wish. This means you can just order one of each style if you wish. This is to encourage smaller retailers, and allow you the freedom when ordering.

• We do not do sale or return. As described above however, we can wholesale small quantities and individual items.

• Many items are limited edition, and cannot be sourced again once that particular fabric has run out, so please bear this in mind for larger orders and re-orders.

• Payment will be required before the items are dispatched. Orders over £400 will require 50% prior payment to the items being made.

• We do not offer credit facilities.

• Payment can be made in the form of a cheque or you may prefer to pay online in which case you can process your card payment through our ecommerce site coconut-hut.co.uk

You may also pay by Paypal.

• Production can take between 1-6 weeks depending on volume and specific items.

• UK delivery is free on orders over £350. Delivery is via Royal Mail's Special Delivery post, which is insured up to the value of the package.

• International orders are sent out via Royal Mail’s International Signed for service, and are also insured up to the correct value. The customs tax varies from country to country so please bear this in mind when ordering from overseas.
